The plague struck, a fatal blow for the Technoists. Both sick & pious submerge into a void of darkness. Like sand running through an hourglass, their count starts: 49 days. Enter Bardo Thodol. The Bodhi shall be released from this samsara while the unenlightened must be drawn back by karma. “May your heart be as light as the feather.”
Three are the steps, and three are the challenges that come with it. The words and prayers of the living will function as light corridors for those who’ll navigate the confusing spiritual realm ahead. The destination is a new, better form of existence. Yellow, Blue, Red. Follow the shimmer, seize the opportunity, evolve.

About the Videoclip:
A simple video collage featuring three different stories that are woven together presenting a narrative of death, the soul’s journey & rebirth. The coloring of the sections parallels the Five Pure Lights, present in the tradition of Tibetan Buddhism. The video is made out of footage from 4 different movies:
“The Phantom Carriage” (1921) by Victor Sjöström
“Entr’acte” (1924) by René Clair
“Faust” (1926) by F.W. Murnau
"The Seventh Seal" (1957) by Igmar Bergman

about

Vitam Aeternam Norway

An experimental musical project formed by Jake Rosenberg, Râhoola, and André Aaslie. It’s through chance and shared musical values, that such entities were able to create an original album full of complex, emotional, dramatic, haunting, melodic, intense, and cinematic music. An honest work from the subconscious depths, and a prodigious offspring of our interconnected digital zeitgeist. ... more
